In this talk we want to share two cases of reinvention. On the one hand, Galeno Sys, a clear example of telemedicine applied to remote cardiac monitoring, which spares at-risk patients from exposure in a hospital setting. On the other, ATGen, which implemented a Drive Thru as a mechanism for carrying out COVID-19 tests, avoiding all contact and minimising risk to the greatest possible extent. Along the same lines, the webinar on COVID-19 vaccination logistics presents another key experience of digital healthcare coordination developed during the pandemic.

These experiences show how digital health makes it possible to sustain care in complex scenarios, combining remote monitoring, operational coordination and timely access to information. Along this path, a comprehensive hospital management system makes it possible to centralise clinical and administrative processes, improve data traceability and strengthen continuity of care both inside and outside the hospital.
