Privacy Policy
Find out how K2BHealth collects, uses and protects your personal information, and the choices you have regarding cookies.
K2BHealth privacy and data collection policy
K2BHealth considers the privacy of its users to be a matter of great importance. Please read the following to learn about our privacy policy in more detail. This document covers how K2BHealth treats the personally identifiable information that we collect when you browse our web pages or use our products and services. It does not cover the practices of companies that K2BHealth does not own or control, or of people whom K2BHealth does not directly employ or contract.
Collection and use of information
- We collect personally identifiable information when you register for a K2BHealth account, or when you take part in promotions, competitions or prize draws organised by K2BHealth.
- When you register for an account, we ask for your name, email address, the company or organisation you work for, and your country of residence.
- K2BHealth also automatically receives and records on its servers information from your browser, such as your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested.
- K2BHealth uses the information collected for two general purposes: to fulfil your requests for specific products or services, and to contact you about them where necessary.
Access to information by third parties
K2BHealth will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. However, K2BHealth may send your personally identifiable information to other companies or organisations only in the following cases:
- If we have your consent to share the information.
- If we need to share your information in order to provide the product or service you have requested.
- If we need to send the information to companies or organisations that work on behalf of K2BHealth to provide the product or service you have requested. (Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these companies or organisations have no right to use the information we provide to them, except insofar as is strictly necessary to provide the assistance required.)
- If we are responding to court orders or legal summonses arising from legal proceedings.
IP Addresses
When your browser requests a web page from another computer on the Internet, it automatically gives that computer the address to which the information should be sent. This is known as an IP address, where IP stands for Internet Protocol. For most users who access the Internet through a dial-up account with an Internet service provider (ISP), the IP address will be different each time they connect.
Collection and use of IP addresses
K2BHealth receives the IP addresses of all its users because this information is automatically reported by your browser each time you request a web page.
Your IP address may also be stored in our user records when you create your account.
IP addresses can be used for different purposes, including:
- Diagnosing technical or service problems reported by our users or by administrators associated with IP addresses controlled by a particular ISP.
- Selecting advertising to be included on our pages based on the geographical area or other information derived from your IP address. Most IP addresses are commonly associated with ISPs, universities or large corporations in specific localities or regions.
- Estimating the total number of K2BHealth visitors from specific countries or regions.
Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data, usually including an anonymous unique identifier, which is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer.
Each website can send its own cookies to your browser if your browser allows it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only allows a website to read the cookies it has sent itself, and not the cookies sent to you by other sites.
Cookie Options
- You can set your browser to accept all cookies, to reject them all, or to ask you what to do in each case. (Every browser is different; consult your browser’s help section to find out how to change its settings.)
- If you reject all cookies, you will not be able to access the K2BHealth websites, products and services that require you to enter your username and password (login). However, other K2BHealth websites, products and services may not require your browser to accept cookies.
K2BHealth practices regarding cookies
K2BHealth uses its own cookies for different purposes, including:
- Accessing your information when you log in, so that we can provide you with personalised content.
- Keeping a record of the preferences you have specified when using K2BHealth services.
- Estimating and reporting the size and traffic of our user base.
- Conducting investigations related to improving our content and services.
- Asking you to re-enter your password after a certain period of time, to help protect you from others accidentally gaining access to your K2BHealth account.

K2BHealth gives you the option to change your information or preferences at any time.
You can request for your account to be removed by sending a message to unsubscribe@K2BHealth.com
Security
Your K2BHealth account information is password-protected for your privacy and security.
